What happens after I click "Submit"?
Your application form will then be sent securely to ClickSuper for processing.
Our team at ClickSuper may take up to 2 business days to perform a number of security checks to ensure the information you have provided is correct.
A member of our ClickSuper team will then call you or your employers to provide you with your personalised User Id and Password. During that call, we will also step you through your first time using ClickSuper. This will help you feel more comfortable with the navigation of the service
During this call, we will also guide and assist you in completing and returning the Direct Debit form. We need this form to enable us to start deducting funds from your account to pay your employees deductions. Once the Direct Debit has been completed and returned your registration is complete and you can begin processing employee super contributions and other deductions on the dates you specify.
